Dear
I am a Christian Patriot. I believe in God, the Bible, and the wisdom of this nation’s Founders. I believe that the establishment, prosperity, and preservation of the United States of America have been possible only through the work of divine providence. I believe that our continued prosperity and even survival remain dependent upon this same providence.
In recent decades I have seen our government stray from its commitment to God and the principles of our Founders. During this same period I have witnessed what I regard to be the decline of this great country. Our glory has faded while our troubles have multiplied. I am convinced that these two trends are connected. Furthermore, I am certain that we will never achieve any true or lasting solutions to our troubles until we return to our commitment to God and to the principles of our Founders. Accordingly, I believe that it is necessary to rebuild the United States of America spiritually, politically, and economically; and I believe that this must be accomplished according to Biblical principles and the ideals of our Founders.
I hope that you share this belief and are willing to act upon it. However, I will no longer support nor vote for any representative at any level of government who will not pledge to be guided by Biblical principles and the beliefs of our Founders. Please understand that if you do not publicly commit to return God to government, reverse the growth of big government, unshackle the creative and productive energies of America, and free our people to pursue life, liberty, and happiness as they see fit, you will not only be denied my support, you will insure my determined opposition. I pray that I can count on you to do what is right and necessary for God and country.
